Method:

– Seive the crockery, cutlery and glasswear over the freshly baked set to give a light dusting effect

– Add a handful of art tutors (around 4) and leave to cool.

– As the set has cooled quickly pour on the studio lighting and garnish with the starter. Use the runner to position the starters perfectly.

– For the sauce – slowly introduce equal amounts of facts, embellishments and stories a little at a time, stirring consistently with the butler.  At intervals vigorously whisk in madness,  bit by bit  until frothy. Fold in the disgust and pour over set.

– Leave to settle.

– Take the mains from the cook and, positiong with the runner, picking out any lumps of starter that have not mixed in.

– Repeat step 5 and 6.

– At this stage the mixture should be silky enough to mash in the dessert, using the runner & the seive together to make sure there are no unwanted lumps.

– Repeat step 5. This time you may need to use a hand blender to really mix it up thoroughly.

– Sprinle over cheese course and  allow to bake again for around 5 –7 minutes until well risen. Garnish with a generous dollop of  factual madness sauce and a glaze of Kopi Luwak coffee.
